How to test locally the compatibility of the package ?

Hi, It seems that the `tox.ini` file has been removed in this commit https://github.com/merixstudio/django-trench/commit/2321401d00e29a9e7acd71670f4be9aba9e7ca47

I don't really understand why. I found it useful to contribute to the project. 

Can you give me some details about the new way to test locally the compatibility of the package?
