Create a scaled parameterized representation of punctate structures in complex cell and nuclear shapes
Deliverable
For a given cell shape with punctate structure locations (x,y,z) convert to (r', theta, phi) representation where r' is the scaled distance from the nucleus. This representation could be used to compare structure localization across cell shapes using correlations, KS tests, ML approaches (clustering, etc.)
Acceptance criteria
Calculate SPR for 305 peroxisomes cells along with packed rules in the same cell shapes. Implement at least one comparison between observed and simulated data.
