Build a new one or port an existing Ethereum app to the Meter Network #2

We are looking for developers to either build a new app on the Meter network or port an existing Ethereum one, like Aave or Compound, to our network.
Meter is DeFi infrastructure with a crypto-native, metastable currency MTR built in. The Meter system uses Proof of Work to create the fully-decentralized, low-volatility coin MTR, and Proof of Stake with the MTRG governance coin to validate transactions. Meter is the most decentralized, censorship-resistant EVM-compatible sidechain, and DeFi apps built on Ethereum can be easily ported to Meter’s infrastructure. Acceptance Criteria
While we are most interested in adding DeFi lending dApps to the Meter ecosystem, we encourage submissions for dApps of all types and will evaluate them on an individual basis.
Work Process
To apply to work on this, please add a comment to this bounty outlining:
- The Ethereum dApp that you plan to port to the Meter network. If you have an app idea that hasn't been built yet, please leave a comment stating as much and our team will reach out to you.
- Your approach to building the app, including the technologies you will use.
- Links to any other apps you’ve built that may be relevant to this effort.

Payment Process
Since Gitcoin bounties don't seem to have a mechanism for multiple payments – as would be required for our grant – the reward amount listed in Gitcoin will be factored into the first of your 6 grant payments and will be doled out upon acceptance into the program and completion of the first milestone. All other funding will happen outside of Gitcoin.
For example, if we determine your app needs $5,000 per milestone, your payment for the first milestone would look like:
$5,000 = Gitcoin bounty reward + amount paid outside of Gitcoin to reach the agreed upon $5,000 per milestone.
All subsequent milestone payments would be paid off of Gitcoin.
