Two major problems 1. Private sector doesn't really "pay" for storage -- this just shows up as investment, and it dominates the economy like 1000x over 2. If government pays 100% for capture, its like 100% of the government budget for years, and creates massive inflation. Government could never pay 100% for storage.
Captured CO2 emissions from Energy, without having DACCS in the mix
… for taxes subsides and CCS in energy investment. specified share of emissions capturable (junk numbers)

CCS has a theory problem in its relationship with the economy. If you capture and store all emissions the investments required into energy storage on a yearly basis outweight by almost an order of magnitude investments into the rest of the economy. We need a limiter.
