miniperl error

Hi:

I'm learning how to compile a beagleboard kernel, is a headache for me I have this error

we need to build a perl for the host just for Errno.pm

(cd /home/parallels/Projects/buildroot/output/build/perl-5.8.8;
chmod a+x ext/util/make_ext;
ext/util/make_ext nonxs Errno MAKE="/usr/bin/make"
)

Making Errno (nonxs)

ext/util/make_ext: line 122: ../../miniperl: No such file or directory

What are you trying to do? Are you trying to compile RootFS with microperl? What the exact steps to reproduce that error?

I only write what you say in the blog

git clone git://github.com/MaxGalemin/buildroot.git
cd buildroot
make beagle_xm_full_defconfig
make

after I have a lot of warning and the microperl error.

@fernandezajp Just use Perl 5.12.4 instead of Perl 5.8.8. It is the fix: http://lists.busybox.net/pipermail/buildroot/2012-March/051189.html , commit id 335260afd429d694cddd7ada705184ad6717826a
