Create User Session 'create-user-session'

I want to create the security token for a cpanel user token "cpsessXXXXXXXXXX" using the WHM API Token.
The API token privilege many operation and on of the Operation is, "create-user-session".
Is this Repo has any way to do this?

In my case, it won't work.
I was trying to add domain dynamically and I needed the cpanel access to do it via Cpanel API.
