Add back in species specification for files

I've removed the species specific folders used in American Samoa code, to make it more general I'll need to go back and add a way of making species specific folder output.

@michellesculley If you want help with this I can work on this issue. We will need to be able to specify different species if we use these functions for Deep7.

@MOshima-PIFSC I've updated the code so that you can add an option in the Build_all_SS function to make species specific folders or not, which seems to work so far. I think the biggest challenge is going to be making the Build_Data function work for the deep7/jurisdictional bottomfish assessments and the international assessment as the way we read in the data are probably different. Maybe you can work on that as you have time?
