Hi Team,

We have built our own customized API to get all the customer details to show up in the form which is working completely fine in online but in offline the same is not working, we have checked the offline DB and tables which we have seen all the data's are available, but still its not working in offline so need anyone's help

Hi,

I have an update on this. Upon thorough checking, we found that the issue is with the DLL used in one of our projects. We are using a library called SixLabors.ImageSharp, and this DLL is causing the issue. While the DLL works fine, when we switch to offline mode, no other customizations are functioning, even though we are not directly calling this DLL. To double-check, I removed the code that uses this DLL, and all offline functionalities started working. We need your help in resolving this issue and understanding why it isn't working in offline mode."

Please send screenshot of the event viewer during normal operation of POS. I had a similar issue on MPOS when my hardware extension was referencing a third party printing dll
