Description of the new feature / enhancement

Ability to insert Ø diameter symbol with Quick Accent when holding Shift+O (capital "O") with the "Special Characters" language enabled.

Quick Accent can currently insert Ø "Latin Capital Letter O With Stroke" and ∅ "Empty Set", but has no "Diameter" option I've found.

• Ø Latin Capital Letter O With Stroke (U+00D8)
• ⌀ Diameter Sign (U+2300)
• ∅ Empty Set (U+2205)

Scenario when this would be used?

Engineering drawings frequently use the diameter symbol, both for hole callouts in mechanical engineering and wire diameters in electrical engineering.
