Slow internet when using Ubuntu or Debian

Hi,

It's been a while and I'm having a slow internet when using Ubuntu and Debia with WSL.

For example, when I run curl -w '%{time_total}' https://github.com, I get the following times:

PowerShell on Windows 11	FedoraLinux-42 on WSL2	Ubuntu-24.04 on WLS2	Ubuntu on WLS2	Debian on WLS2
0.582019	0.889727	16.283402	15.134120	15.123182

The time when using FedoraLinux-42 on WSL2 is similar to the time using PowerShell on Windows 11 but the time when using Ubuntu or Debian on WLS2 is a lot higher.

I cannot reproduce this anymore. curl -w '%{time_total}' https://github.com gives me
