The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing... (manual prerequisites incorrect) #18
Downloaded X-Mem 2.4.2 binaries (xmem_v2.4.2.zip) and encountered the MSVCP140.dll error (see attached screenshot).
The RUNTIME PREREQUISITES in X-Mem_Developer_Manual.pdf state:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributables (64-bit) – for x86-64 and x86-64 with AVX builds
However, I had this installed and still got the error. The fix is to update the documentation to state Visual C++ 2015 redistributables.
