VS Code Extension: Missing Delete Icon for TILES Assets

Describe the bug
In the Asset Explorer, TILES assets do not display the delete (trash) icon, while other asset types (such as Images, Animations, and Tilemaps) correctly show the delete option.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Microsoft MakeCode Arcade extension in VS Code.
2. Click on 'Asset Explorer'.
3. Create a new project or Import Project From URL.
4. Click "Create a New Image Asset" in TILES panel.
5. Mouse hover an asset and observe.

Actual behavior
TILES assets are missing the delete icon, making it impossible to delete them directly from the UI.

Expected behavior
TILES assets should display the delete icon consistently, allowing users to delete them the same way as other asset types.
