Sensitivity Labels - Not Showing Up

The sensitivity labels are not returning when getting them from the GetGroupCreationContext api endpoint. The correct endpoint should be the sp.sensitivitylabelcollection.getsensitivitylabelsasstream. Ensure to filter where the applicatableTo property includes "file".

Are you no longer seeing the GetGroupCreationContext API return this info at all or just in some situations?

In GCC-H environment, I believe SP is now using a new endpoint. The user is not getting any info from the GetGroupCreationContext which is still working in DoD environments. I'm going to have to do some R&D in both environments to see if SP moved to a new api endpoint.

The api endpoint requires the expand and filter properties to be set:

expand: 'sensitivityPolicySettings,sublabels($expand=sensitivityPolicySettings)'
filter: 'applicableto has "file"'
