Duplication in Components.json #3

Hello
I checked the Components.json file and I found multiple definitions of the cryptography package. I understand that there is a split between fabric and synapse python, but why are there 2 definitions one after another for 41.0.7 and 42.0.7? Does this mean that both versions are included in the spark runtime?
If so then why are there two identical entries for cycler one after another?
and
My final question is, are the fabricPython entries used in the synapse spark runtime?
I appreciate that this is a lot of questions, and it is likely I misunderstood something, sorry if that's the case
