Hi All,
Very strange thing happening here today
this is a snip of my json file. this file is unedited and been in service for a few weeks now.
Randomly it started misbehaving on 1 windows 11 computer.
So I reset and repaired Windows Terminal and the 4 way split works once or twice and then it breaks again.
I copied my json file which has 2000+ lines in it, to another server and tried it there and it works perfectly.
How can one go about working out why Windows Terminal keeps crashing when you open a new window with 4 way split?
There is a greater issue here, and that is if I have CMD window open, a Powershell5.1 windows open and multiple Windows Terminal windows open, they all get closed when I terminate the jammed up Windows Terminal?
This is what working 3 way split looks like:
This is what happens to my 4 way split?

Now the weird block in the middle, appears transparent, so if you grab the Terminal by its title bar and move the window you can see what's beneath it, so clearly its not rendered (bottom green arrow showing desktop).
Then if you click on what appears to be its title bar (top green arrow), all you open cmd shells, PowerShell windows, Terminal windows goes semi transparent and crash.
Please tell me some know what's causing this?
Kind regards
Chad
