[zh-cn] please fix the translation of "checkout" in vscode.git extensions

I use vscode git extensions alot, but those translations always confuses me.

Current Translation of "checkout" for Chinese is "签出", which is incomprehensible.

I did a fix on myself recently and opened a PR, later found PR is not allowed in this repo, so I closed it.

But you can still see what I changed in my commit histoy:
