Support trash in dev containers

The action "Delete" in the File Explorer's context menu becomes "Delete Permanently" when working inside a dev container.

So, in a dev container, deleted files aren't sent to the trash, but directly deleted permanently.

I would like to be able to use a trash inside a dev container.

I have installed trash-cli inside the container, so I can manually send files to the trash and restore them with the commands trash, trash-list, trash-restore, etc. However, VS Code doesn't detect it, or doesn't have the capability to use it.

I've made an extension that implements this feature. However, it has two significant limitations, so this feature request is still very relevant.
