Typically we don't use colors to represent something that is fine, but for error or warnings cases. This also makes sense for tool calls that have completed, they are already finished successfully so we shouldn't be drawing attention to them.

Greyscale for ticks:

Red for errors as something went wrong.

Skipped can remain grey as the user did it.
