Copilot Usage Popup Forgets Remote Index

The Copilot usage popup always forgets the remote index state of the repo you're in.

You can force it to re-appear with >Build Remote Workspace Index but that isn't ideal

Someone needs to fix how this is being handled in the popup usage window.

Area is clearly missing, then you hit Build Remote Workspace Index and the correct fields just re-appear
