Unable to Install Visual Studio Code as Standard User on Windows 10 (Downloaded from Microsoft Store)

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: (Vistual Studio Code cannot be Installed issue)

Description:
I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to install Visual Studio Code as a Standard User on Windows 10. The installer was downloaded from the Microsoft Store, and when running it as a Standard User, the installation process redirects to the Microsoft Store and fails to complete. However, when running the installer as an Administrator (On the same PC, different user), the installation works without any issues.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download Visual Studio Code from the Microsoft Store.
2. Attempt to run the installer as a Standard User on a Windows 10 machine.
3. The installation then redirects to the Microsoft Store, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Expected Behavior:
The installer should complete the installation successfully when run as a Standard User, similar to the behavior when run as an Administrator.

Actual Behavior:
The installer redirects to the Microsoft Store, preventing the installation from completing.

This issue only occurs with Standard User accounts. Admin users can install Visual Studio Code without any problems. I would appreciate any guidance or solutions to resolve this issue.

I'm not sure what it means to download it from the store and then separately install it. Sorry for my ignorance. Can you screen record the process?
