Ability to synch CLAMS and BAMS

If people can sign-up via the web, then we need a way for attendees in CLAMS to be synched back to BAMS. How?

BAMS uses a BAMS-specific fixed file format.
CLAMS uses a DynamoDB hash table.

The current import facility into CLAMS uses CSV as the file interchange format.
