realtime SSL issue

只要用到twstock.realtime.get 我也是出現這樣的錯誤:

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='mis.twse.com.tw', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /stock/index.jsp (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1007)')))

我個人是初次使用 twstock, 遇到類似但不完全相同的錯誤訊息:

但後來我試着上 Colab 跑同樣的程式碼, 發現 Colab 上跑沒問題. 除錯了一下, 問了 LLMs, 發現我的問題在於我使用過於新版的 python>=3.13. 雖然還沒有大量的測試過, 但似乎只要降到 python<=3.12 即可. (主要原因似乎是新版的 Python 有比較嚴苛的 SSL/TSL 驗證要求, 可能 TWSE (Taiwan Stock Exchange) 的驗證沒更新到那麼新.)

了解. 我則是從 Fugle API 的 WebSocket 轉過來這裡看看, 因為那邊免費只能訂閱 5 個 "股票". 這個雖然不及時, 但是似乎沒有太多的限制.

附帶一提, 我發現其實我自己也沒有把自己的情形寫得可以再現 -- 我不是很精通 SSL 或 Docker, 但在嘗試再現的過程中, 發現有趣的事:

• python:3.13-bullseye 可以給出正常的 request
