Overview

We should have modern, clear installation steps for all dependencies and a path to npm test passing, with a troubleshooting guide included.

Additional Info

Work beyond this is out of scope for now, but appreciated. Other stuff includes:

• explaining all our package.json scripts in detail
• a walkthrough of how we commit issue repros for tracking
• how to use the debug package

Hi! We don't generally assign issues. In our experience they tend to end up in "licked cookie" situations. If an issue is marked as status: accepting prs and doesn't have a linked pull request, then go ahead. Which is the case here. Send a pull request if you'd like 🙂
