Not working with bootstrap? #1

Hey. Nice work on the plugin. Can't believe there aren't more people wanting this functionality!
I'm hoping to use it with bootstrap to copy in the functionality of certain classes - kind of like @extend but without the resultant code bloat. It doesnt' seem to work though. Does postcss work with imported CSS/SCSS?
I'm on Rails 6 with webpacker. Perhaps there's a configuration issue with the order in which the various processors occur...?
