Untagged minimum moodle version causing issues

There is currently not a tag for Moodle 4.3, with the last tag being for 4.2
Previously, my automated testing has had to just use the main branch due to there not being much change since 2023. 
With the recent updates in pull #162  , there is now not a possible way to target 4.3 compatibility except commit pinning.
Is it possible to tag commit ce26f60 with 4.3?
