这是个什么错误？好像我下了最新的checkip之后，每次扫描完ip.txt只有 4 个ip。现在又完全扫描不了。

延迟超过了 g_maxhandletimeout 所以没有采纳。现在好IP很少，可以自己调整该值。

XX-Net 很难用啊，本部登录都登录不了
