The Tutorial job is optional and does not block merging if all other criteria (maintainer approval, other tests passing) have been met.

The rolling jobs do treat deprecation warnings as errors, which is in an effort to develop in a "rolling" fashion and not have a massive migration each May for our small team of contributors. We do need more people helping with these deprecation migrations so that MoveIt is ready for L-turtle and future releases.

I have been working on the Tutorial job here and there, but unfortunately there are a lot of Rolling deprecations from rclcpp and ros2_control that have not been migrated yet that the tutorials use.
