Failure for app to run even though validation is result is OK #882
Description
I have added an app using the AddDirectory command and the validation result is OK
Using the Refresh button I get Error running app-not-installed but the simulator runs without my app
Using the connect button I don't get connected to the debugger but the simulator runs but not my app
