Clean-up stale bugs when the upstream PR is closed #1953
Description
As noticed we currently have 662 open bugs for wpt-sync on Buzilla. A lot of those are years old and the related upstream PR is probably closed for quite some time.
It would be good if the wpt-sync bot could run some regular clean-up task to close those old and no longer needed sync bugs.
