[MWA] - Version sorting in catalogs isn't quite right #16

In /catalogs, I've got the following Dropbox versions being displayed in the following order:
- 1.4.9
- 1.4.3
- 1.4.17
Obviously 1.4.17 should be recognized as the latest version. It looks like the catalogs template files are sorting the versions based on the builtin dictsortreversed django plugin. I'm sure it's possible to fix this, but I don't know how simple the resolution will be.
I'll look into this when I get some time to see what I can come up with.
