AssemblyInfo rewrite adds additional blank line with every execution

I.e. for the first rewrite, there are two blank lines at the end of the file, then three, then four, and so on.

I am only updating the version (AssemblyVersion) which is the last entry in my AssemblyInfo.cs file.
