Convert postcodes to geography type #306
Description
#305 improved performance, but needed a workaround to fetch the right result, as results are ordered by 'degrees' distance rather than metres distance. We should upgrade the postcode location to geography rather than geometry as then the operator will be ordered correctly as is. Don't think it would have any side effects, but would need checking.
