Fix Spec Sync Check upon new releases #1810

I just made the v1.8.0 release of ENSNode which failed in the CI here: https://github.com/namehash/ensnode/actions/runs/23437983643/job/68180899478
Maybe we make it so the value in this version field is given special treatment in how we check that the spec is in sync and skip checking only that one field?
Advice appreciated.
