BioPortal accounts that lack first and last names can't create new licenses

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new account in BioPortal, leaving the first and last name fields blank
• Log into the license server with this account
• Click the "Create License for New Appliance" button

License server displays the "We're sorry, but something went wrong" error message. Server response status is 500 Internal Server Error.
