Properties for CMECS ontology have empty label fields

@mdorf - I'm not sure if this is an issue, or something I'm missing about the ontologies/:acronym/properties endpoint. When I try to retrieve the properties for the the CMECS ontology, I see a result set where a number of the properties have empty label fields:

I don't see any errors in the log file for the indexing of properties when the ontology was last processed:
