Categorical features in deep net part

I am aware that this was an intentional design choice, but I think that we should add another option how to process categorical features in the deep net part.
As of now, categorical features are supplied as integers. We might enhance this by giving the user the choice if they want to transform categorical features in a one-hot or dummy encoding.
