colabfold_local mode does not work offline

Description of the bug

colabfold_local should work offline as the msa is build by the MMSEQS_COLABFOLDSEARCH process and passed to the COLABFOLD_BATCH process downstream.

It is possible to run colabfold_mode offline by setting the --use_templates false parameter as this will turn off the --templates argument when running colabfold_batch as explained here.
Not using the templates should have little effect on the result however, it is also possible to create a list of PDB templates with colabfold_search offline see here. So maybe this is something that could be implemented in the future.
