Mifare plus card: AES encrypt and decrypt data using nfcim and flutter

I am using Mifare Plus S card which i order from shopee, referring:

Question:
I am using this card to write and read employee token as data, may i know how to do AES encryption and description for this data and secure authentication using nfcim ?
