Request to downgrade minSdkVersion from 24 to 23 for Flutter standard alignment

I’d like to propose downgrading the minSdkVersion from 24 to 23 in order to match Flutter’s default minimum SDK and maintain consistency across projects.

Lowering it to 23 does not introduce any known compatibility issues, and it helps avoid unnecessary constraints when building or integrating this package.

Let me know if you foresee any concerns with this change—otherwise, I can submit a PR adjusting the configuration.
