Possible to set Office Document Properties (metadata)?

We have a question from a customer if it is possible somehow to set document properties (often called metadata) using Templater? Specifically they would like to bind some tags from the content also as metadata for their Sharepoint indexing.

Some metadata is certainly supported today. We can extend it to others if something is not working as of now, but I would need an example of such template to look into it.
