Hex Colors & Gradients Issues

Hello, so I've been trying out ChatCore for a few days now and I like it a lot so far. I am however having issues with Hex Colors and Gradients. Basically, the gradients and hex colors work when used in chat text, hovertext, etc. But it does not work when it parses hex from other plugins/placeholders. For example:
<#d54600>TestTitle</#b0e313>
The first instance is the title/tag parsed from Deluxe Menus using ChatCore's Hex. The second instance is it just pasted in chat which appears how it should.

This is also an issue for me still, however the Utils PAPI expansion fixed basic color codes from placeholders in hover text
