Picture in picture button and refresh stream button disapper after commercial break

Describe the bug

When you enter a stream, the PiP and refresh buttons appear correctly, and even when the commercial break starts they still appear, however, when the stream returns, the PiP and refresh buttons are gone, and you have to refresh the page to make them appear again.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter a stream (there is no option to disable the PiP button, so no need to enable it)
2. wait for a commercial break
3. after the break is over and the stream returns, the buttons are gone.
4. refresh the page, and the buttons will return

Expected behavior

The PiP and refresh buttons should stay regardless.
