Subjects in multiple projects

Our DCC has subjects who were part of multiple projects, so we built a subject.tsv table that says, for e.g.

id_namespace local_id project_id_namespace project_local_id persistent_id creation_time granularity

however, having duplicated subjects makes my model invalid. We'd like to be able to natively assign subjects to as many projects as they were a part of.
