Version number changes

I'm so bad with planning the versions, I need to think more carefully now and more detailed and ahead into the future, I'll be renaming the v2.3 to Experimental and v2.4 will be the stable version.

v2.3 will have localStorage and model config settings in experimental stage, there's tons of room for improvement and optimisation in the model configs. This will have some smaller releases with v2.3.x where I'll be implementing few new features. Some newer guff models are not supported yet, Why? I don't know yet.
I'm hoping to update some UI element too

I was testing v2.2.5 and found it was pretty unstable when handling multiple loading and unloading of models, and the settings in the model configs are annoying as they are, they need an overhaul.
And found a model unable to load which was unexpected because everything was normal it should have easily loaded, some magic number issue I don't know about that I need to learn about handling that.
I hope implementing localStorage doesn't give me much trouble cause I want to fix the context length issue after that. And also because I want to finish this on/before 1 March. I hope I successfully do that.
