Is the VPA id given when initialize payment should be a merchant id?

Hi team,
Thanks for reading my question.
I am starting to use this package, when selecting Phone pe, it gives an error "For security reasons, you are not allowed to send money form your bank account for this payment". I am sending money frm personnel upi id and sending to a personnel upi id. Is that a problem?

You cannot use your personal UPI ID, rather you'll need a MERCHANT UPI ID.
You can use BharathPe to create your merchant upi id or contact your bank.

I already have a MERCHANT UPI ID, but I'm facing the same issue with several other MERCHANT UPI IDs I've tried. Can you suggest a UPI that might work
