Describe the situation that led to the request and a solution
Some tasks for Patrick include: add/remove onboardee/offboardee to/from the branch email list and confirm whether this automatically includes/excludes them in/from Div and office hour meetings, plus access to files, such as the communications doc and the Div meeting notes
For awareness, Patrick also has to initiate or approve personnel actions in PARS, ideally several weeks in advance of onboarding/offboarding (likely does not work in this process)
