Work through to resolve latex warnings when building PDF of User Manual #283
Description
There are many warnings produced when rendering the PDF using lualatex. These warnings should be reviewed and an attempt be made to resolve as many of them as possible so that when issues/bugs arise in the manual in the future, it is easier to debug/figure out what is going wrong.
You can view these warnings by looking at the SS3.30_User_Manual.log file locally and/or looking at the log of the github action that builds the pdf.
