[Bug]: indexing error in age-selex 41 #670

Describe the bug
parameter referencing showed corruption when age-selex 41 was attempted.
age_selex_41.txt
Found that count of N parameters was incorrect when using pattern 41.
Added correction and more checks in readcontrol
