Bootstrap size comps in Stock Synthesis

I tested the bootstrap feature with respect to generating size comp data and found that all boostrapped size comps have a total of 28 fish regardless of input sample size. The user manual includes a description of sample size in bootstrap for both length and age comp data, but I cannot find any related info for size comp data. Any advice on how to input a sample size for bootstrapping size comps?

Thanks for catching this. It looks like the number of samples in the bootstrap vectors were being set to N-bins x N-sexes, rather than the input sample size. I've attempted to fix this in #734, but will rely on @Rick-Methot-NOAA to confirm that this change looks correct.

Could you test the fix by downloading the compiled executable for your operating system as an artifact at the bottom of this github action page: https://github.com/nmfs-ost/ss3-source-code/actions/runs/17805316434 and confirm that it runs and the sample sizes look correct for your model?
