Aspergillus fumigatus isolates

Hello,
I'm working with Aspergillus fumigatus and got this tool working for other species, but when I run known isolates with a Cyp51 mutation, I don't get anything back for Cyp51. I have lowered the threshold for minimum id and coverage also but that did not work either.

For example, I used ERR769515 which has a TR34/L98H mutation, but the L98H does not pop up, but mutations in hmg1 and other genes pop up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
